Comarch has finished implementing Field Intervention Management solutions for Orange Polska, allowing the telecom operator to reduce the costs of network operations and improve the quality of tasks performed by technical staff.
The implementation will allow for a 20% reduction of travel routes as well as the automation of the work dispatching process.
“The system not only automated the task dispatching process, but also, thanks to its integration with other IT tools that we use, it became a basic tool for completing the network maintenance department’s everyday work,” says Krzysztof Zielosko, Director of Network Support Tools, Orange Polska.
“In the project for Orange Polska we had to face the challenge of integration with a sophisticated IT environment, address the anxiety among users of the new system in a stable and strongly defined organisational structures, as well as meet strict requirements concerning customer and service data security,” says Piotr Piatosa, Vice President and Director of the Telecommunications Business Unit at Comarch.
